  • Tutoring is offered year-round.
  • If you need to pause sessions for school or public holidays, you must inform us in advance.

2. Cancellation Policy Overview 0:12

  • Notify Before Sunday:
    • If you inform us before the Sunday billing date, you will not be charged for the upcoming week.
  • Notify After Sunday (but not within 8 hours):
    • You will receive a credit for the next session, usable within the same term.
  • Notify Within 8 Hours of Session:
    • Full charge applies as tutors need to be compensated for their time.

3. Payment Process 0:49

  • Payments are processed on Sundays via Stripe for the upcoming session.
  • Payment times are generally between 8 and 10 a.m. AEST.
  • If payment fails:
    • You will receive a notification via text or email.
    • A retry will occur that afternoon between 4 and 6 p.m.
    • If it fails again, further notifications will be sent until Monday morning (7 to 9 a.m.) with a 5% late fee attached.
