- Tutoring is offered year-round.
- If you need to pause sessions for school or public holidays, you must inform us in advance.

- Notify Before Sunday:
- If you inform us before the Sunday billing date, you will not be charged for the upcoming week.
- Notify After Sunday (but not within 8 hours):
- You will receive a credit for the next session, usable within the same term.
- Notify Within 8 Hours of Session:
- Full charge applies as tutors need to be compensated for their time.
3. Payment Process 0:49
- Payments are processed on Sundays via Stripe for the upcoming session.
- Payment times are generally between 8 and 10 a.m. AEST.
- If payment fails:
- You will receive a notification via text or email.
- A retry will occur that afternoon between 4 and 6 p.m.
- If it fails again, further notifications will be sent until Monday morning (7 to 9 a.m.) with a 5% late fee attached.
4. Consequences of Non-Payment 1:22
- If payment fails after multiple attempts, all upcoming sessions will be cancelled until the account is up to date.
