How to Upload a Document to the Lesson Space

Step 1: Click the Upload Button 0:00

  • Locate and click on the up arrow icon to upload a document.
  • This action will open your internal file system.

Step 2: Select Your Document 0:13

  • Navigate through your file system to find the document you want to upload.
  • For example, you might choose a practice test from KeyRed.

Step 3: Document Splitting 0:31

  • Upon selecting a PDF or Word document, it will automatically split into separate pages.
  • These pages will be organized on the whiteboard for easy access.

Step 4: Import the Document 0:42

  • Click ‘Next’ after the document is split.
  • Keep all settings the same and click ‘Import’ to finalize the upload.

Step 5: Navigate and Annotate 0:56

  • Once imported, the document will be displayed page by page.
  • You can freely navigate and annotate on each page.

  • It is recommended to upload documents a few days before the lesson.
  • This allows the tutor to prepare for the topics to be covered.

  • Log in to the lesson space on your phone to upload the photo from your photos app.
