- After signing up for Teachworks, navigate to the Billing section.
- Click on ‘Billing’ in the menu.

- Click on ‘Add Payment Methods’.
- Select ‘Add Credit Card’ to input your debit or credit card information.
Step 3: Understand Payment Schedule 0:20
- Payments are processed every Sunday for the upcoming week (Monday to Sunday).
- Payments are attempted at approximately 9 AM AEST.
Step 4: Handle Payment Failures 0:30
- If the payment fails, you will receive a text message notification.
- A second attempt will occur at 5 PM on the same day.
- If the payment fails again, a 5% late fee will be applied, and a final attempt will be made on Monday at 8 AM AEST.
Step 5: Save Your Payment Details 0:44
- After entering your payment information, click ‘Save Card’ to finalize the process.
Step 6: Security and Updating Payment Details 1:00
- All payments are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring encryption of your data.
- To update your payment details in the future, repeat the process manually as described.
