Support and safety

Complaints / Raise a Concern

If something has not gone the way it should, or you are worried about a student’s safety, please tell us. You do not need perfect evidence before raising a concern.

If a child is in immediate danger, call 000 first. Once everyone is safe, let KeirEd know so we can pause arrangements, preserve relevant records and take the next appropriate steps.

Three ways to route your concern

Use the same form below, then tell us which pathway best fits your concern. If more than one applies, choose the highest safety risk first.

General service concerns

Use this pathway when your concern is about the tutoring service, the way something was communicated, or a practical issue that needs review.

  • Tell us what happened and when.
  • Include the tutor, student or session details if relevant.
  • Share what a fair resolution would look like.

Privacy complaints

Use this pathway for concerns about how KeirEd collects, stores, uses, shares, corrects or protects personal information.

  • Mark the concern as a privacy complaint.
  • Describe the personal information involved.
  • Tell us whether you are requesting access or correction.
Call 000 first if a child is in immediate danger.

Urgent child-safety concerns

Use this pathway for concerns about tutor conduct, professional boundaries, online behaviour, in-home arrangements, grooming, abuse or student wellbeing.

  • Use the form and call 0421 479 920 if the concern is urgent.
  • Include screenshots, messages or session details if you have them.
  • KeirEd may notify authorities where required.

Raise a concern

Use this form for general service concerns, privacy complaints and child-safety concerns. If the form allows a category, choose the one that best matches your concern.

Please include your best contact details, the student’s name if relevant, the tutor or session details if known, and whether anyone is at immediate risk.

  • We will acknowledge and triage the concern.
  • Safety concerns may be escalated immediately.
  • Complaints are handled with confidentiality, care and procedural fairness.

Read our Privacy Policy for how KeirEd handles details submitted through this form.
